PRESIDENT

Gary founded AMG in 1997. He graduated from UGA in 1982 with a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Economics. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, and weekend trips to Asheville.

VICE PRESIDENT

Melissa joined AMG in 2009. With a passion for people and operational excellence, Melissa worked her way up through every level of store operations. She now leads the Operations function across all AMG stores in six states. She believes in helping others succeed and prioritizes creating opportunities for her team to advance. Melissa is a graduate of UGA, holding a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Casey, and their two daughters, Lily and Kaya.

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Jordan has been with AMG since 2009. He began his Zaxby’s journey at the local store level working his way up through operations to become the District Manager in Tennessee and Georgia. In 2015, Jordan saw the need to harness AMG’s explosive growth and transitioned to lead its Human Resources function. His focus and drive as an HR leader centers on fostering a world-class work culture and a company-wide commitment to service and community engagement. AMG employs more than 1,000 people across six states and continues to grow. When not at the office, Jordan enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, writing, traveling, and playing music.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND GUEST SERVICES

MaryStuart has been full-time with AMG since December 2015. She is a strategic leader who focuses her talents to make connections that build community. Leading the Marketing and Guest Services function, MaryStuart tactically shares Zaxby’s brand story at the local store level across AMG’s six states of operation, ensures AMG service quality, and facilitates locally-based partnerships that bring lasting, positive impact to AMG-served cities and towns. MaryStuart graduated from Piedmont College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. When home, she enjoys tennis, running, and spending time with her husband, Chris, and little girls, Harper and Amelia.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - TN, TX

Brandon joined AMG in 2018. He graduated from UTSA in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in finance and has over 19 years experience in the restaurant industry. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their five children in his spare time.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - AL, GA, NC, SC

Melissa joined AMG in 2016 and is known for her commitment to exceptional guest experiences and her passion for people. She is a servant leader at heart, and her team and the guests her stores serve are vital to her life and journey at Zaxby’s. In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and their sons, Dillon, Joshua and Asher.

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES

Justin has been with Zaxby's for over ten years. After graduation, he enlisted in the US Army. In his spare time, he works part-time as a Sheriff's Deputy. He is also a competitive power-lifter and plays the drums.

DIRECTOR OF TRAINING

Panama joined AMG in 2011. He started his career off as a cook and quickly worked his way up to in-store management. In 2018, he was promoted to the operations department of the company. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and working outdoors.

CONTROLLER

Donna joined AMG in 2022. She began her career with Zaxby’s in 2012 as a Financial Reporting Specialist I, and quickly advanced to FRS II and then to FRS III. In 2017 Donna became her team’s first Accounting Manager—leading and mentoring the group to accurately reporting financials in a more timely manner. Donna grew up in Oconee County and graduated from UGA with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Education. She is married and has three adult children. In her free time, Donna enjoys crafts, baking and being with family and friends.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER

Casey joined the AMG home office in 2023 but has worked with AMG and Zaxby’s for many years. He has held roles ranging from Crew Member to General Manager, and he has even assisted with store construction and served as a District Manager. Casey is excited about his accounting role and grateful to be part of a supportive and caring team. In his free time, Casey enjoys family time with his wife Melissa and daughters Lily and Kaya and pursuing his two favorite hobbies, golf and basketball.

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Catie joined AMG in 2020. She graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Catie enjoys playing with her dog Phoebe and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Janet joined AMG in 2023. In 2022 she completed her studies at Lanier Tech and earned her Accounting Diploma. Janet started her career with Zaxby’s Corporate in 2022 as a Financial Reporting Specialist and was quickly promoted to FRS II. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two married daughters. In her spare time, Janet enjoys vacationing on cruise ships and spending time with her family, which includes two dogs and three cats.

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Suzanne joined AMG in 2024. She has over 15 years of experience at Zaxby’s, working on both the corporate and franchise sides. She began her career there in accounting and was working with the facilities department before transitioning to AMG. In her free time, Suzanne enjoys the gym, taking weekend getaways to hike with her husband and fur baby, or just enjoying time away from everyday life. When not traveling, she and her husband enjoy time with their families, including their grown daughter and granddogs.

PAYROLL & BENEFITS ADMINSTRATOR

Colleen joined AMG in 2024. She is from California and brings a diverse background in human resources and payroll. Colleen started her HR career at Toyota Dealerships and later worked with restaurants. She has applied many years of experience to helping companies grow and employees thrive with the enrichment of benefit packages offered. Colleen is married to her husband, David, and they share a dog together. When not working, she and her husband love their new “Lake Life.” Spending as much time as they can at any one of Georgia’s many lakes.

OFFICE ASSISTANT

Joy joined AMG in 2023. She brings years of office management experience to the team, having begun her career at Zaxby’s Corporate in 2013. Joy has served administratively in both Accounting and Operations, making her well-qualified for her AMG role. In her free time, Joy enjoys spending time with her husband, Billy, and her three grown children, Katie, Brittany and Taylor. She takes special delight in time spent with her grandkids, Kylie and Cayden. Joy is also a fur baby mom to three yorkies, one labradoodle and five cats!

LOCAL MARKETING MANAGER

Leslie joined AMG in 2022. She is a graduate of Georgia College & State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Leslie has built a successful career in restaurant marketing and has worked in the industry since 2016. In her free time, Leslie enjoys baking, antique shopping, and spending time with her husband, Jake, and daughter, Graysen.

DIGITAL MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Dana joined AMG in 2021. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and is a passionate, experienced marketing professional. When home, Dana enjoys all things outdoors and spending time with her husband Scott, her sons Turner and Rhys, and her sweet (and spoiled!) Westies.
